The following purchase policies and Rules and Regulations shall be the agreement between you and us regarding your purchases at Arlingtoncowboysparking.com and your subsequent use of our facility. If you have any questions about the information about these policies and Rules and Regulations, please contact us. These purchasing policies and Rules and Regulations are part of our terms and conditions when using this site.
We make every effort possible to process parking pass orders as soon as we receive them, in most cases within twenty-fours hours, some orders may take longer to fulfill. If you order parking passes on same day of event, we cannot guarantee your order.
PAYMENT METHODS:
We accepts payments through Paypal. We also accept cash, cashier's checks and money orders.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES:
Before purchasing parking pass(es), carefully review your event selection. Once we receive your order we are unable to refund, cancel, or exchange pass(es). When you pick up pass(es) from our offices, please keep pass(es) in a safe place, we cannot issue exchanges or refunds for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed pass(es).
CANCELLED EVENTS:
If an event is cancelled or postponed, and you are unable to attend the new date, then we will issue a complete refund, if applicable. Any shipping charges, handling charges, and fees charged and collected by Paypal to us are not refundable. Certain restrictions do apply, please contact us regarding your event.
HOLD FOR PICKUP:
All parking pass(es) are held for pick up on date of event at Days Inn 910 N. Collins, Arlington, TX 76011 with proof of payment. Any parking pass(es) not picked up are deemed used and not refundable.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
All parking pass prices are in US Currency. Parking pass prices and availability are subject to change at any time. We will not be responsible for any weather delays, event postponements, event cancellations, lost, or stolen passes.
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
All guests wishing to park at our facility located at 910-934 N. Collins, Arlington, Texas must observe the following Rules and Regulations. By being at our facility, you shall be deemed to have read, accepted and agreed to all terms, conditions, Rules and Regulations contained herein. These Rules and Regulations have been developed to provide a fair, reasonable and safe parking experience for guests. Failure to follow these Rules and Regulations may result in the loss of parking privileges and/or license and ejection from the parking lot. Failure to enforce any Rules and Regulations shall not be deemed a waiver.
DIRECTIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS:
All guests must follow the directions and instructions provided by parking attendant (parking staff, security, police, government officials, etc.)
ALL SALES ARE FINAL:
We are an independent, privately-owned company engaged in the service of providing parking pass(es) to the lot that is between lot 10 and 15 of Cowboys Stadium. We are not affiliated with, or authorized by, nor do we have any licenses or strategic alliances with any box office, promoter, venue, theater, stadium, sporting team, or sporting association.
Parking Spots are for Vehicles Only:
Parking spots are for standard size vehicles only. Drive aisles must remain clear at all times. No items (coolers, tents, tables, chairs, etc.) of any kind may be placed on the ground behind, in front of or around parked vehicles.
LIABILITIES AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT:
The Parking Pass licenses you to park one car in a designated area at your sole risk and at posted rates for maximum one day. Any car parked at this facility is parked at the car owner’s sole risk. OPERATOR does not guard or assume care, custody or control of your vehicle or its contents and is not responsible nor liable for fire, theft, damage or loss. The car owner alone is responsible for parking and locking his car. OPERATOR issues Parking Pass as your contract, subject to the terms and conditions as contained herein, and for timekeeping purposes only. Only a license to park is granted by Parking Pass and no bailment is created. Parking Pass is not a claim check. You agree to indemnify Operator, owner, and their agents of this facility against all loss, damages, claims, legal fees and court costs resulting from your parking of a car at this facility. No employee may modify or waive any of the terms of your contract. OPERATOR reserves the right to move your car, without incurring any liability, at any time to other part of the facility, with or without notice to you. By parking your car at this facility, you have accepted and agreed to all terms contained herein.
Tailgating Spaces:
Tailgating is permitted in designated tailgating spaces only. Tailgating spaces are available on a first come/first served basis. Guests parked in a designated tailgating space must restrict their use of the sidewalk or space to the space behind their vehicle. You may not spread out and use the sidewalk or space area behind other tailgating parking spaces. Do not leave anything (tent, table, etc.) unattended or not secured in the parking and/or tailgating area while attending Event.
Tailgating Guidelines:
All guests wishing to tailgate must observe the following guidelines. These guidelines have been developed to provide a fair, reasonable and safe tailgating experience for guests. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in the loss of tailgating privileges and ejection from the parking lot.
· Tailgating spaces are for vehicles only. Each vehicle must have a valid parking permit.
· Tailgating is defined as the placement of any item on the ground (chairs, coolers, grills, games, etc.).
· Tailgating is only permitted in the sidewalk areas on the North perimeter of the parking lot.
· Tailgating is permitted from the time that lots open and up to two (2) hours following Dallas Cowboys or college football games.
· All guests must follow the directions and instructions provided by parking attendant (parking staff, security, police, etc.).
· Dispose of trash in the appropriate receptacles.
PROHIBITED ITEMS/ ACTIVITIES:
The following items/activities are prohibited at our facility:
o Deep fryers or any oil-based cooking or frying
o Charcoal cooking.
o Open flame fires of any kind. Gas cooking is permitted.
o Disorderly conduct
o Picketing, political campaigning or soliciting/distribution of any kind
o Saving parking or tailgating spaces
o Weapons and fireworks
o Sale of food, beverage, merchandise, etc.
o Advertising or displaying any sexually oriented business
o Amplified sound systems or the use of radios/audio devices at loud levels
o Ticket scalping
o Abusive, foul or disruptive language
o Throwing objects
o Trespassing, soliciting, peddling and loitering
o Any other item or action deemed dangerous or inappropriate
CODE OF CONDUCT:
We are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests. Our staff will proactively support an environment free from the following behaviors:
· Abusive, foul or disruptive language and obscene gestures
· Intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol consumption
· Fighting, taunting or threatening remarks or gestures
· Sitting in a location other than the guests ticketed seat
· Displays of affection not appropriate in a public setting
· Obscene or indecent clothing
Continuing inappropriate behavior may result in the guest being ejected, arrested by police, or having his/her parking pass revoked.
